Are you interested in how case management systems support social care practice? 

If so, we need you in our Social Care Practice Reference Groups!  

Our Social Care Leads are looking to establish Practice Reference Groups for several areas across our workflows that will be reviewed over the next 2 years for our English* customers.   

*We will be carrying out similar activities in other jurisdictions in due course. 

The aims of the groups are: 

• To review the alignment between practice and current workflows with a view to agreeing required updates and where possible look for further simplifications that are of benefit to you. 
• To use your expertise and experience to help support us in any design or redesign work in response to any new or changing regulations. 

We are inviting practitioners to apply to join a range of different practice areas in January. The first groups will start to meet in February. 

To find out more from our Social Care Leads, we have scheduled 3 briefings via MS Teams.  They will only last 30 minutes and you only need to attend one of these.
