Join the first breakout session of the day where we will be reviewing the last 12 months. In this session you will hear from:

• Product - The product team will review last year’s roadmap, looking at some of the key features that were delivered across Maternity, Neonatal, Paediatrics and Badger Notes. They will talk about how users helped shape the plan for the year and highlight how the new functionality can be best used and the benefits of using it.
• Support & Service Delivery – Hannah Vallance, Director of Support & Success, will share updates on the team and how they deliver support and service to our customers. Hannah will also provide advice and top tips on how to get the best out of our service desk provision.
• Professional Services – Colin McGregor, Project Manager, will give an introduction to the team and their approach to implementations. Colin will review Monday.com and our commitment to continuous improvement. We will finish with some Project Top Tips and take questions from the floor.
